The text seeks to analyze the intelligibility of the legal phenomenon that occurs in cases where the legal behavior can be analyzed. To that end it stops on the question of the unifying goal of human behavior to understand their intelligibility and intention. Finally, the ontological truth of the law of logical truth in contemporary authors who follow the classical tradition of the concept of law is distinguished
