Abstract

The author sets out to present the significance of the theological language, from the point of view of the concept of experience in Cardinal Newman’s thought. His itinerary of faith and conversion, rooted in a personal dialogue with God, gives to Newman’s theology and preaching an attractiveness that transcends his time. Nowadays, these could serve as stimuli to encourage theological communication.
