Abstract

In recent years studies on the supply in Medieval Spain, has increased considerably. In our country, Dra. Carlé has been a pioneer in these topics by opening the doors to novice researchers. This time, the aim of this paper is to show how it is perceived this delicate balance between exploitation / conservation in some municipal ordinances of the XV and XVI centuries, referring to the consumption and marketing of lenna.
