Abstract

Within the framework of Hispanic Middle Ages during 12 th to 14 th century, we found an interesting juridic compilation to bear relation with Castilla and León kingdoms: the Royal´s Regulations. Even though the larger part made allusion to difficult and adverse juridical situations that women went through, there is, however, an intention on behalf of legislador to regulate certain provisions that implied a favorable juridical concept, among what the christian medieval way of thinking considered juridical protection. We will briefly study some of these provisions.
