La persona humana: el riesgo de una práctica eugenésica liberal desde el conocimiento del genoma humano
Keywords:

The knowledge of the genetic code obtained in recent years has allowed the translation of new technological resources to medical practice, whether in diagnosis, in the therapy of diseases, or wherever genetic information is useful. However, this knowledge also enables us to modify the normal human genome. This could even be oriented towards the “improvement” or “enhancement” of the genomic characteristics of human beings, going as far as extreme proposals such as those of the transhumanist movement.
