Abstract

In a moment when the new juridical modernity ideas express criticism against the Old Hispanic Juridical Normative, this article shows how the Spanish juridical tradition in Indias is present in the evolution and development of Argentina’s public and private Law from 1810 until the end of the XIX Century.
