This article describes the discovery of the native Andean writing by the argentine anthropologist Dick Edgar Ibarra Grasso and accounts for the researches he carried out. Also included is the analysis of the ancient Andean script, which is still used in Bolivia for the catholic prays in the Aymará and Quechua languages.
