El ejercicio del poder en la República de los notables: notas sobre relaciones clienterales y legitimidad

Abstract

The entailment between the elite leader - mainly rural inside the dependent Argentina- and sectors, during the republic of the notables in Argentina (1880-1916), it has been seen like a relation to clientelar. The object of this work is to explore some cultural guidelines that appear like the foundation of those relations and that allow to deepen in the operation of the political system during those years.
