Desarrollismo cepalino vs desarrollismo frigerista: la Junta de Planificación Económica de la Provincia de Buenos Aires en la experiencia argentina (1958-1962)

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to describe the conceptual tension-torsión between the national and provincial government from the importance of the Economic Planning Board of the Province of Buenos Aires, an administrative organism promoted by the Minister of Economy of the Province of Buenos Aires, Aldo Ferrer, related with CEPAL developmental programs. We will describe the functions of the state organism, and try to move in the realm of ideas and discourse, pondering his influences and contradictions, consolidating the developmental program implemented by Frondizi and Frigerio between 1958 and 1962.
