Abstract

This article presents the thread and hermeneutical principle of the pontificate of Pope Francis: mercy. But this principle articulates all areas of Christian life, especially that which touches the heart turned on the poorest and the weakest. This commitment requires historical discernment to discover where and how to live this evangelical mandate. The themes presented in this text of Scannone put us before a theological and spiritual wealth of particular incidence in our ecclesial actuality.
