Un problema semántico. La danza “El Federal”

Abstract

The aim is to find a solution for the problem proceeded by two different creole dances, to which the scholars give the same name, and –in addition– native-music dabbles called one of them with an inappropriate name. The author tells the story about this issue, revealing the whole study of these dances. After being demonstrated the differences between them, it is propound a specific name for each one without betraying the old names by which they were know in their time.
