El artículo comienza con el interrogante acerca del problema de los bienes y la
propiedad, y se pregunta qué debería modificarse en la economía para encontrar una solución
civil a esta cuestión. Para esto, el autor se dedica a desarrollar los conceptos de bien común y
economía civil. Asimismo, describe la naturaleza de los bienes comunes y el modo de la
gestión de los mismos. Finalmente, destaca la importancia de impulsar la aplicación de
prácticas de gestión comunitaria para los bienes comunes.
