Resumen

This essay aims, synthetically, exposing the positive points of a model of justice that has been advancing in recent times. Unlike special or ad hoc, International Criminal Tribunals, hybrid Criminal Courts have several peculiarities, which potentiated can be a much more efficient than the first option, not only in justice at a lower cost, but also long-term in promoting the restoration of the rule of law through the inheritance that they stop, during and after their mandates. In this work not only I will try to lean on the benefits of using this system, but also aspects to consider improving and keeping growing in what possibly might constitute an important part of international criminal justice in the near future if things are done well
